洪山庙的大殿中，供奉着洪山真人神像。洪山真人高坐神台，神情矍铄，慈眉善目，左右侍者二人。除洪山真人外，殿中还供奉着药王像、财神像、瘟神像、玉皇大帝像、人根之母像、文昌帝君像等神像。
